Purpose:  We developed Weapon Sales Manager (WSM) to give Gun and Ammo Sellers a chance to comply with Federal and state regulations and computerize their Weapon Sales processes by keeping track of Pistol, Rifle, and Ammo Inventory and  Purchaser registrations.  WSM is available in a single user or multi-user network computer configuration with advanced functionality that complies with most many Federal and  State Fire Arm Sales regulations.    WSM also has optional form printing capabilities and a feature that exports daily transactions into CSV files.  Programs like QuickBooks or Excel can import CSV files.  The WSM personal version is FREE.  The WSM Scanning options list below are free to evaluate for a 90 day period.  We also have a WSM professional version which is a network enabled thus allowing your users and office staff to share a central database making record look up much easier.

New:  WSM features a  Signature Capture option.  Now you can easily record and save the signature of the seller.  Shown is a Topaz Signature Pad.

New:  WSM features an Identification Card Scanning option.  Now you can easily record and save an image of the sellers Driver's license or other forms of identification.

New: WSM features a Seller Photo Capture capability option.  You are able to take a picture of the seller and save it with the invoice using a simple web cam. Shown is the inexpensive Microsoft LiveCam VX-1000  plugged into a PC it provides a live feed where you can capture and store a picture of the person in front of you.
 

New: WSM features a POS 58 mm Receipt Printing capability option.    The shown Star Printers are an excellent example of durable small footprint printers.

 
 

New: WSM features a Cash Drawer Operation capability option.  You are able to physically manage your cash disbursements and track the cash drawer balances.  Shown is the POS-X XC16HD Combined with the Star Printers above you can turn your workstation and SMM  into a fully functioning cash register. 

 

Pre-Installation:  Weapon Sales Manager is for use on one of the following Microsoft operating systems (2000 SP3+ , XP, & Vista*) with the most current Windows Updates applied.  If a previous version of Weapon Sales Manager  is installed, make sure you select upgrade only.   Always make a backup of your database before you upgrade.  Place that backup copy of the database on a flash-drive or CD/DVD.

* Vista may require special scanner/camera drivers.  Check availability with hardware manufacturers.

Registration:  To register WSM email us the name of your computer as it appears on the registration window to register@premierdatasoftware.com  We will return a Registration Code to your email address.

Upgrades:  To upgrade WSM use the Control menu and select Upgrade Weapon Sales Manager.  The upgrade process is easy.
