HIPPA EDI file Parser/Editer

This is a small program that parses the records of an HIPPA EDI file used to transmit and receive medical record data.  The editor parses out each line and displays the data character by character.   The user may edit any line, but the user must understand the record lay out to avoid damaging the file structure.  When finished with an edit the file may be saved with the user changes.
